All funds raised in conjunction with this Fundraising Policy will be used to fund the work and initiatives of Ability for Disability Fund will ensure that accepted donations are used to support the cause in accordance with the terms attached to the donation, which may arise from a donor’s stated intention or representation made by Ability for Disability Fund as to the use of the funds.·         Where an appeal campaign is being run, ODMS Fund will always indicate what would happen should/if/ether total funds received be insufficient or exceed the target.      ODMS Fund fundraising approach, methods, expenditure, income and any complaints received about Ability for Disability Fund fundraising activities will be stated in our annual Report and Accounts, more as specified within national rules and regulation in this regard.
